If something doesn’t work
Tell us which iPhone or iPad you use, its iOS version, the Punkt version, and what you did right before the problem. A screenshot helps too.
We can’t see your journal
Punkt has no accounts and no servers for your entries. Your journal stays on your device and in your private iCloud, which we can’t access. That’s why we can’t look up, restore or delete entries for you, and you never need to send us what you wrote. Details are in the privacy policy.
Premium and billing
Premium is bought through the App Store, so Apple handles payment, cancellations and refunds. To manage or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
